平成28年度東北地区応用力学フォーラム「土木構造物の材料・耐久性モデリング」開催のご案内

この度は，ドイツ国立ドレスデン工科大学構造解析研究所 Michael Kaliske 教授をお招きし，土木構造物の材料と耐久性に関するモデリングについてご講演していただく機会を得ましたのでお知らせ致します．Kaliske 教授は，土木・建築構造物に用いられる様々な材料に関する力学モデルを数多く提案され，それによる数値シミュレーションをとおして，構造の安全性および信頼性を評価する手法の研究を行われています.
今年の7月に韓国ソウルで行われました「第12回計算力学に関する世界会議（WCCM-XII）」では，semi-plenary speakerとして講演され，また現在，ドイツの計算力学会 “The German Association for Computational Mechanics (GACM) ” の会長を兼務されるなど，国内外で活躍されておられます．またとない機会ですので，皆様奮ってご参加ください．

＜講演概要＞

Structural analyses by the finite element method can be used to predict structural behaviour in order to support strongly the design of structures. In civil engineering, the numerical testing of virtual prototypes is of particular interest because experimental investigations of the final product usually are not feasible. The presentation will introduce modelling approaches of the materials used in construction industries. Moreover, computational mechanical approaches to investigate the failure behaviour – either in a discrete or a continuous manner – will be discussed.
